New Use case tracker!

Alongside the new look and website we have also launched our new Use case Tracker, a tool that currently holds over 180 use cases, each one built utilizing Hyperledger technologies. These instances span a broad spectrum of efforts, with maturity levels ranging from proof-of-concept stage to fully ready for production.
